YourSuperHealth (ABN 11 625 724 162, contact support@yoursuperhealth.com.au) provides a free and paid superannuation snapshot tool for Australians. This page explains what we collect, why, and what happens to it — in plain English.
Your uploaded PDF is deleted the moment it's been read. We extract the figures we need and permanently delete the file straight after — it is never stored on our servers, backed up, or kept in any form.
Your financial snapshot (balance, fees, cover, etc.) is held only in temporary server memory for the duration of your session — it is not written to a database. If you don't complete or return to your session, it's cleared automatically.
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run YourSuperHealth. Each only receives what it needs to do its job, under its own security and privacy terms:
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
If you arrive via a Google Ads campaign, we may use Google's conversion tracking cookies to measure ad performance (e.g. whether a click led to a completed report). This tells us in aggregate whether our advertising is working — it does not give Google access to your financial statement data.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you (mainly your email address and payment record, since your financial figures generally aren't stored at all). Contact support@yoursuperhealth.com.au for any of this, or to unsubscribe from emails at any time.
If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your information, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
YourSuperHealth provides factual, deterministic information based on your own figures and public fund/market data. It is not financial product advice and does not consider your personal objectives, financial situation, or needs. For advice specific to you, speak to a licensed financial adviser.
We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes. Continued use of YourSuperHealth after an update means you accept the revised policy.
